Make sure your favourite people know they’re your favourite people. Tell them. Don’t save beautiful words for birthdays, speeches and funerals. Say them on Wednesday. Say them badly. Say them while there’s still absolutely no reason to say goodbye. Love is much more useful when people can hear it.
