Whenever you are about to find fault with someone, ask yourself the following question: What fault of mine most nearly resembles the one I am about to criticize?” ~ Marcus Aurelius, Meditations
Each day the earth rotates once. We wake up. We fall asleep. We age. The cycle repeats. The window of consciousness that opens in this cycle is your chance to change something. It’s your ownly chance
Everyone has a dream. You see them in the gardens as you walk past the houses. In the manicured lawns and customised house numbers. Dreams of how they want their lives to look, to smell, to sound. A perfect figure. Money. To be noticed. To be respected. To be the richest and if not the richest, maybe just the smartest. But these are superficial dreams. Make your dream a dream of a healthier, happier world. A dream we can all share.
Slow down. The days will pass quickly. And so will the years. Don’t rush through them. Don’t swipe through a million videos a day on social media. Experience the moments slowly. Get rid of the destractions that steal your life.
Here’s the thing about life that no one tells you: Being intelligent or good looking isn’t as great as you might think. Those things on their own are almost useless. They can even make your life worse. I know that seems strange. What matters much more are the willpower to work hard and live healthily when your hormones are driving you to do the opposite; the courage, composure and integrity to cooperate with the people around you; and the persaverance and consistency to keep working at something important every day for years. These things will carry you further than intelligence and good looks. And if you think I’m wrong just take a look at any number of famous people. Kylie Jenner was the ugly duckling in the family. And she’s not exactly solving quantum physics problems. But it didn’t matter. She’s one of the most successful women in the world. She didn’t have the brains or the looks, but she didn’t need them. She was calm and composed, she bought good looks, she saw how other young women make money, she did the same but better. She didn’t do anything revolutionary. She just worked well with others and stuck at it. On the other hand look at Btittney Spears. She seemed to have it all. And she was incredibly successful. But she lacked one thing — the calm composure. And she broke down. She couldn’t handle the pressure. And she lost it. You can do this with any number of people with great potential: Edison vs Tesla, Beyonce vs Amy Winehouse, Brad Pitt vs River Phoenix. These examples show us that intelligence and good looks are not as important as composure, hard work and persaverance.

I was in darkness, but I took three steps and found myself in paradise. The first step was a good thought, the second, a good word; and the third, a good deed.” ~ Friedrich Nietzsche
Remember, sometimes people aren’t really interested in what’s right or wrong or best, they just want to win the argument. They’ll put you down, insult you, try to make you look stupid. Don’t waste your energy on that kind of negativity. Step away. Save your energy for good, positive things.
Try your best to do the right thing in everything you do. You won’t always succeed. Sometimes people will disagree with you. Sometimes you’ll make mistakes. We all do. The important thing is you’re trying your best. You can fall asleep each night knowing you’re doing the best you can. Listen when people critisize you. Take their advice. But you never need to feel bad about the way you behave if you’re always trying your best.
Your biggest problem today could be the biggest gift you’ve ever received because it may contain the lesson that will make you successful. If you stop looking for who’s to blame and you start looking for the lesson from your problem sometimes it can transform your life ~ Brian Tracy

I remember when I used to be a boxer. And we used to train for hours. And at the end of the session I’d sip some water from a fountain. And it was like an indescribable elixir. There was nothing that could compare to that water. If people could experience that feeling, they would think differently about gratitude
If you are distressed by anything external, the pain is not due to the thing itself but to your estimate of it—and this you have the power to revoke at any moment.” ~ Marcus Aurelius

You never know who’s silently hanging by a thread. You never know who’s questioning their worth or waiting for a sign. A single sentence—You can do this, I believe in you, You matter—can lift someone out of fear and into belief. don’t wait to help the people around you
Encouragement isn’t just kindness—it’s a kind of quiet power. And the more you give it, the more the world transforms around you. Be the one who notices. Be the one who speaks. Be the reason someone keeps going.
