How to Do It:

The next time you go grocery shopping, pick up a few extra non-perishable items—such as canned goods, pasta, rice, or snacks. Find a local community pantry, food bank, or even a “take what you need” neighborhood pantry box, and drop off the items. If there isn’t one nearby, consider leaving a small bag of food at a spot where people in need might find it, with a note that says, “Free to anyone who needs this.”

Why It’s Powerful:

Food insecurity is a real struggle for many people. A small bag of groceries can make a big difference for someone who might be skipping meals.
