Day 3: Compliment a Stranger

When you see someone who’s smiling but looks humble and maybe has a hint of sadness in their eyes, go up to them and say “you look like a really nice person”. You might be wrong, but then again you might be right. You might just make their day. It might be just the thing…

How to Do It:

The next time you’re out in public, look for something you genuinely admire about a stranger. It could be their kindness, style, or even how they treat others. Walk up to them with a smile and say something simple like, “I love your scarf,” or, “You have a warm and friendly energy.” Be sincere and brief—your words could lift their spirits for the whole day.

Why It’s Powerful:

A heartfelt compliment reminds people of their value and spreads positivity. Often, it comes when someone needs it most, creating a lasting impact.
